I think what we have in common as architects is that we both were first interested in architecture when we were young people. You say you read books about architecture throughout your life which influenced your work and my work was influenced by the style of King Louis XIV, and the neoclassical and Baroque styles of architecture. Those are some of the styles that were common in France during my time, especially the style of Louis XIV, since he was the king of France.
ReplyDeleteSince we are both architects, it doesn't seem like we have distinct interest within our field. Maybe there are certain styles of architecture which you prefer to study more than I do, and that I prefer to study more than you. You might like to explore a a style of architecture that you really like.
